Shipping Policy

Processing time

All of our orders are processed and shipped within 48hrs  Monday - Friday.

If your order is placed after 10am Friday, it will ship the following business day.

Orders are not processed and do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

We are a small business and do enjoy going to motorcycle events and spending time with family. During these times we will not be shipping orders and will ensure a notice is posted for when the order will ship.

Shipping Holidays

Orders are not shipped during these holidays:

• New Year's Day: Wednesday, January 1
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, January 20
• Washington's Birthday: Monday, February 17
• Memorial Day: Monday, May 26
• Juneteenth National Independence Day: Thursday, June 19
• Independence Day: Friday, July 4
• Labor Day: Monday, September 1
• Columbus Day: Monday, October 13
• Veterans Day: Tuesday, November 11
• Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 27
• Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free ground shipping on orders over $99. 

USPS First Class Mail shipping is 2-10 Business Days.

USPS Priority Mail / Ground Advantage shipping is 2-5 Business Days.

UPS Ground Shipping is 2-5 Business Days.

Due to our supplier restrictions we only deliver with the US.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to mother nature and or other mishaps. HOLIDAY SEASON shipping times are known to have delays and arrive later than estimated. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Moto Camp Nerd can only ship to PO boxes via USPS. We do accommodate APO/FPO addresses. 

If you have a large order or large item, your package will most likely be shipped UPS, and they cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Small items like sticker orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail Letter and will not have a shipping number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Moto Camp Nerd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Moto Camp Nerd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
