- After you process your return, place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Items received that do not meet the return requirements can be refused or charged a restocking fee. - You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you received a pre-paid label, that cost will be deducted from your refund total.
